If it is your policy that is one thing but don't say CDC guidelines for Covid. I get safety measures and all but CDC guidelines are stating you have to or should wear a mask at that time or even now. The other thing is they did send out an email notice that due to CDC guidelines for Covid, mask were required at their location and all locations. Luckily the attendant saw us out front before I had to go through the whole process of downloading the app and setting up an account. That could be posted on door so you can call to alert staff you need in. Also trying to call is out of the question unless you can find a phone number on the internet. Especially if there is not a good service signal to download. The notice is on the door but when you are standing there with your luggage and hands full it is really an inconvenience. It would have been nice to have been notified by email or notice on website prior to arrival that doors could be locked and you needed to have the company app downloaded and an account set up so you can pull reservation info up to be able to gain entry for check in. However, we arrived about 11 pm because were were coming from an evening football game in Knoxville 3 hrs away. I think that is a great security measure. ![]()
